period at school (i know it's summer but i'm worried)?

at school i wear pads (im not comfy with tampons) when i change "it" it makes a loud noise what do i do if it is quiet and there are people listening? i'm worried
when i said quiet i mean the bathroom
also is it just me or does it hurt when you take a tampon out
 
I have the same problem!

if it's light then i rip it off really fast, if its heavy then i do really really slowly,

try coughing or something when you take it off :)
