Pregnant or WHAT?

PLEASE? I have not had sex all year. Had sex and the next morning I have my period. IDK if my period was to start because my periods are irregular anyway. My period lasted 4 days when they are normally 5-9 days. Now I hear my stomach making sounds of "bubbles" passing through my stomach and shocking feelings. And I feel like throwing up but dont. Again, I had sex 1 week ago today. Am I pregnant? Or something else??
