Performance parts for 03 honda accord v6?

Looking for some good parts for a fair price. Below i've listed what I'm looking for. If you could give me the product name, price, and where to get it that'd be great.

17" in black 5 spoke rims (no chrome edge, lip)

Blacked out head and tail light covers

Cold air intake

Lime green underglow neon

Aftermarket dual exhaust

Turbo?

Anything else that would add horsepower or make my car faster feel free to add. And no I won't raise my spoiler to add 10hp I'm not that dumb :)

Blacked out head and tail light covers - just tint the tails, not the headlights cant see shit
Cold air intake - AEM, fujita, K&N, Injen, just dont go the ebay CAI route
Lime green underglow neon - dont even think about those....
Aftermarket dual exhaust - magna flow, greddy, hks, etc
Turbo? - your gonna need to google a lot..its not that easy and $3-4k out of your pocket

Ok cold air intake you can get at midas or pepboys go with aem but preferably k&n, neon also at pepboys, the turbo you can get at passwordjdm.com, rims you can get at a near by shop or performance shop, or try craigslist. Dual exhaust go to a muffler shop
