I have a small car that supposedly has a very good coefficient of drag(Cd), it's frontal area is 3000sq.", it's Hp/weight is 1/17.
A larger car has 3942 sq.", it's Hp/# is 1/19. It also has a very good Cd.
Assuming that both have optimal transmission and overall gearing is there any reason why the small car shouldn't accelerate sooner and be able to attain a higher speed?
