performance of ford mustang with 100,000 miles?

I am considering buying a new edge 4th generation ford mustang gt coupe with around a 100,000 miles on it, I was wondering how well it would generally perform compared to when it was brand new?

I am also wondering what the differences in appearance are between the different model years (mustang gt coupes between 1999-2004)
