PERFECT DANCE DRESS!?!?!?!?

Ok so my 7th grade end of year dance is coming up & I need a dress!!! It's semi-formal and should be a few inches above the knee. Also preferably a unique store, not Dillards, Delias, Charlotte Russe, Macys, JCPenny, Forever 21, some of those are cute stores but it needs to be different, and not somewhere where alot of people might get theirs. (However alot of people are getting theirs from Saks & Nordstroms too) So if you know of any cute stores or even websites that have cute dresses please suggest these to me! Of course nothing insanely expensive or for that matter cheap because then it might not be great quality. And dont suggest anywhere because it's cheap, price doesn't matter but please dont suggest somewhere that the dresses are like $80 or LESS, or $500 or MORE. About like $100-$400. And please dont call me spoiled, this dance is a big deal here and my parents want to make it a fun experience for me:) Thanks! Oh & no stores that sell only or mostly strapless dresses! I cant wear those :( Thank youuu
