Percentage of getting pregnant from sex 1 day before most fertile?

My boyfriend (he's 43, not sure his age makes a diff or not) and I (I'm 26), had sex last night. Today on the fertility test it gave me a happy face, meaning today is one of my most fertile days.

What are the chances, or percentages, or my getting pregnant?
