Caculate the mass of oxygen in 24.5 g sample of potassium perchlorate.KClO4

The label on a box of baking soda (sodium hydrogen arbonate NaHCO3) claims that there are 137 mg of sodium per 0.500 g of baking soda. Comment on the validity of this claim.
