Well the most common cause of postmenopausal bleeding/ spotting is vaginitis due to dryness. But the most significant cause is endometrial cancer which should always be ruled out first.
you should visit your dr who ll write some tests like pap smear, to rule out endometrial cancer and once that ruled out he ll give u some drugs etc to treat the vaginal dryness n hence the spotting.
