Pepsi, You have failed me.

My family is a Pepsi only family. However, in the past few months, we've gotten more than 24 cans that have not had a tight seal on the can. I called and told them about it, and they sent out a coupon for a free 24 pack and they said they'd check into the problem. However, that was about a month ago and we're still getting bad cans. We won't stop buying it and we won't switch because we like pepsi better than coke (and coke makes me sick). But it's very frustrating when pop is $7.50 for a 24 pack and several cans are undrinkable. I wonder if I should call them again and let them know the problem hasn't been fixed? I wonder how many other people are having a problem like this with Pepsi? Oh well. Just ranting. Thanks for reading.
 
I prefer Pepsi when I do have a soda. When I drink Coke I buy the glass bottles that come from Mexico and are made with sugar as opposed to corn syrup. There are a few perks to living next to Meh-heeco. *sparks a bowl of reggie*
 
Your cans should be stamped/printed with a local bottling factory code. Likely, the issue is only happening in your area, and a call to corporate isn't going to do much.

You could try to catch the stocker at the store, or inform the store as well. I know when I worked at the local Wal-Mart, the Pepsi and Coke dudes weren't Wal-Mart employees.

Calling once probably isn't going to solve the problem, as you've obviously figured out. You're going to have to make a huge stink to get anything really done. If it's happening at the rate of a couple of cans each 24 pack, I'd take them back to the store to show them. If it's every case, I'd buy a case, and take all the cans out in the store at the Customer Service desk and show them.

I had bought a season of a television show once and I got disks 1,2,3,3 instead of 1,2,3,4. Every pack on the shelf was wrong when I went to return/exchange it.
 
I drink arizona tea, they donate money of sales to operation smile, to fix kids with facial deformities. I think that is epic win and Arizona wins at price too. :) Also sobe is made by pepsi now.
 
beat me to it.. was gonna tell her it was prolly the local factory or the store itself somehow... like when you buy pepsi that has been on display in a window.... it all tastes sour from being heated repeatedly.

I'd say chop off someones finger. and put it in a can of pepsi.. and use it to get free pepsi fer life....
 
Personally, I don't drink soda. It won't satisfy thirst and only contributes to the general weight problem as well as a load of other health problems. Still, that's gotta be hella frustrating.

Black Tea, Coffee, Water, Green Tea, Vodka = What i drink= pure win for me

On rare occasions i drink a cola its Mexican Bottled {insert Brand} Cola from a Korean owned Bodega near where i work.
 
Can't beat 24 ounces of southern style tea for 99 cents!
