or cardio or a 50/50 ratio? Also, if you were trying to slim down....(Burn more calories than you consume)....but what about protein after a workout...because even though your muscles need it, it adds calories taking away from what you burned (Burn more calories than you consume)...I want the most calories eliminated as possible, but if I consume protein after a workout...i'm adding calories back on. What do you think?
