my dad does hardwood flooring and except for a couple years has ran a non union shop. he has lost jobs because of union bullying of companies and had guys mother fucking him walking onto job sites.

the man has been in the business since he was 20. almost 30 years. and some faggots with an entitlement complex think they should just get a contract because they are a part of a union.
