People having problems with wireless

Yeah was reading about this...

Seems REALLY rare but its pretty good of Nintendo to ship a brand new console within 3-4 days.

I BET you he did something stupid e.g. while installing the update he turned off his Wii. Similar thing with the PSP, screw up the update and it bricks it.
 
I have the same problem i think, thank god i bought the sd card i can still play mii zelda and save games. Fuck gonna have to look into this tonight.
 
That is eerily reminiscent of the problems Microsoft had with the launch 360 consoles...though they pretty much fucked up on their own without the user doing anything.
 
No, they send you one first and and if you don't send one back they just charge you for the system. You have to give them your credit card # for that reason. However they only ship you the console, no controllers, cables etc for the full price of the system. You also need to give them a valid serial #.
 
I noticed on that blog post that it took them three days to get the system back, so I figured they would send one out as soon as you sent them yours.
 
I have a faulty console. I just got off the phone with them and they said they are promoting all shipments to overnight air (ups red label) for free. They said I should have it tomorrow. They ship you a return label for your old one as well.
 
Got home last night and got the error code, i was so pissed but i changed my router channel from 6 to 1 and im now online, updating 24 hours a day with my wii. Damn now i just want some blue lights ive been hearing about.
