True or False: A country cannot gain from trade with another country if it has an absolute advantage in all the goods and services produced by the two countries.
 
Those that think we should have a nanny state and that government spending will solve this country's problems don't have a clue. Capitalism works. Socialism doesn't - never has and never will.

You can't spend your way out of a recession. Those that know this understand the economy. Those that support His Majesty's crap policies are clueless -- oops, that's who's in congress and are running things.
 
I'd say its false, the right statement would be the opposite imo because you can make the product cheaper than they can, and doing that the economy of the other will suffer from it and your country will get an even greater advantage and eventually kill the other country's industry on that type of service.

Now that I think about it, isn't it exactly what is happening with asian vs US cars?
