If so, then would the majority of people get "surprised" if strangers came up and started talking to you? This is just something I thought of right now because I'm just bored and want somewhere to go that isn't a loud and obnoxious bar at midnight.
If you personally saw someone alone at these two places, what would you think? I believe that if you truly wanted to be alone right now, you can go to the grocery store and cook food at home or else shop for books on Amazon. Or do research at a quiet library. Do you think these people just want to be around people to talk to?
