Penis Size and different cultures?

Im not like a pervert, but i was just wondering, my friend told me that different cultures of men have different size penis's... is it true that Japanese guys have smaller ones and black guys have bigger ones?? any one know??
 
For the most part, I'd have to say yes. However there are exceptions to every rule.

statistically, its like this

Blacks 6.5 to 7
whites 6 to 6.5
asian 5 to 5.5

My wife wanted to know, she is filipina, and thought I was huge, so we looked it up.

PS, sadly, I am normal for my color, but HUGE compared to men in the philippines :)
 
Yes it is defeinitely true. I do not know how old u r but the best place to look is porn. Insecure ppl may deny this, but they are the best specimens to look at. This is cuz u will def. see that oriental men have small packages.
 
Size also has a lot to do with it.. The fatter a guy, the smaller his cock.. Its really unfortunate!!

It's genetic.
It depends on how physically fit you are actually.

It's not necessarily so important about the penis size in "different" cultures, but the ability of the man to sustain an erection. Like Mae West once remarked, "It's not the men in your life, but the life in your men ... that's important!"
