I think it depends on when the PK was taken. If it was taken as part of a shootout to settle a draw, I don't think you can take the rebound.

If it was taken as part of regular play, I think it was probably a goal. Normally, players line up outside the 18-yard box to get the rebound.

It also depends on the league rules.
 
goal. Is it a goal? I play high school soccer, and I took a pk. My kick rebounded off the keeper and I put it in the back of the net. The ref said it was no goal, and awarded the other team a free kick. Was my rebound a goal?
