all i want to know is, whats the penalty for letting someone without a liscense drive my car, in other words whats the penalty for 14604 a vc. I've already read the definintion of it from the dmv website, but what i'm really asking for is what happens to you when you're given this ticket. Just an answer from someone who went through the same thing. Some extra things to be more specific, the person driving my car was going almost twice the speed limit on the freeway and i was the passenger.
