Anyone else love that film? Kathleeen Turner blows me away in it. I can see why she got Oscar nominated.for it.

One of the few films that makles me tear up bigtime especially the scene with her grandparents. :cry:

Nicholas Cage's squeaky voice is the worst thing about it imo
 
I really like it. It's very nostalgic, and you have to suspend disbelief that KT and NC could pass for teenagers, but that's OK - it's very well done and it has heart. And yes, it makes me cry too.
 
Yeah it is a great film. A sort of Back to the Future for grown ups. Good performances by Kathleen Turner and Nicholas Cage. Plus it was directed by Francis Ford Coppola(Godfather)!
