I'm about 50 pages into CF and these two are seriously killing me with their cuteness.

I loved that first quote by Peeta and that moment on the rooftop. Even from the start - when Katniss was trying to keep her distance from him, they always had a connection with each other.

I can't believe I forgot to add that scene to my list it's just -- gah perfect!! I LOVE that part when Peeta is the only one who can help Katniss sleep all the way through the night.

I am definitely warming up to the actors. Peeta/Josh especially. I was against Josh, but looking at those pictures - there is such a softness there
I finished MJ last night :sigh: I was goner when Peeta was planting the primroses around their house. That moment was so touching, and even though I love GK too, I was totally content with PK. It just showed how well he knew her, and how much he truly cared/loved her. And what Katniss said at the very end about how he brought out the light in her - I always thought that, it does make sense them ending up together :nod:

I think so too, it would have been similar to how things were between them at the start of CF. Them feeling awkward around each other, Peeta feeling disconnected from Katniss but eventually them becoming closer again.

Yeah, I definitely felt for Peeta. I agree. Both Katniss and Peeta were feeling really mixed up with their feelings.

Bella, I'm the same as you. I was a total HP fan. I thought the HP series was the best YA series ever (it still is). When I started THG, I got so addicted, too. The THG series is definitely one of the BEST YA series I've read next to HP. :nod: I liked the TMI series, too, so that one's #3 for me. #1. HP #2. THG. #3. TMI.

Sarah, thanks for that art of PK in the cave. I'd just found out that it's an actual still from that production company that made that Katniss/Rue movie. It looks amazing so far!
Oh, and I love that Hunter/Kaya PK art! Saving it!
Ann, are they looking to cast only 18 and older actors? Aw, I hadn't thought about the 18 and under actors not being able to work long hours. But they have to make it work somehow. :shrug: What about the actors cast for the younger characters like Rue and Prim? Regardless, we need more updates on the casting!
I'm re-reading CF right now, and I just got to the part where Katniss hurts herself when she jumped over the electric fence surrounding District 12. Aw, I'd forgotten that Peeta carried her upstairs to her room. I'd forgotten the "Stay with me" part, too. So, Katniss didn't know that Peeta responded "Always" until Mockingjay, right? Aw, Peeta's so sweet with her. :blush: Making cheese buns for her. And I loved the part where they worked together on the book.

Idk about subjects...:lol:...well maybe it's not much of an idea but I do know THG series were the first series I got addicted to since HP. Was it the same for anyone else, perhaps from a diff series? I honestly never saw myself getting so into another book series again.

Hi Sarah! Yeah I just finished Mockingjay last week. It was my least favorite of the three but still amazing. Catching Fire was probably my favorite with all the adorable PK moments. Thanks for adding me

I love that she gets these revelations every once in a while, it shows that what he says to her stays with her constantly. Like how his statement about not wanting to be a pawn in the Games and how she messed with the Gamemakers' heaRAB during the QQ because she wanted to show them that she wasn't going to be used as their pawn piece anymore.
That part really got me too - [sp]especially the bit about Finnick's son.
