[part 1]My current boyfriend's mom was in it..she stabbed my arm and my ex boyfriend (who was abusive) was chasing me with her and he stabbed my leg...
Peculiar nightmare last night (Do you know what it means?)?

To dream that you get stabbed represents your struggle with power, your defensiveness, and your possible feelings of betrayal. To dream of being chased means that you are avoiding something bad.
You been betrayed by your ex, haven't you, as well as being abused? Maybe you want to defend yourself and be powerful about it, make a stand.. But you're struggling to get back on track? You're trying to avoid the fact? Him chasing you and stabbing you could refer to the times when he was with you and was abusive, all the bad memories could be coming back, too.
I'm not quite sure why you're current boyfriends mum was in your dream though. Maybe she's been in the same position as you before, or, possibly, she could've been abusive to someone or betrayed someone?
My advice is to stay away from your ex forever, and also, this must be very hard, but accept the fact that your ex was abusive, and try your best to move on and forget about it. Make sure your current boyfriend and his family are not like your ex.
