my contract is about to end and i need to start looking for a new free phone. What i am looking for is a provider where i can get free internet with basic plans. i know you can do this for verizon, i have done it, but what about other providers? also i want a phone where i can get free wi-fi or maybe even access full internet through NOW.WAP on a remote desktop computer at home. i know most of these things will probably require hacking, but as long as it has been done successfully, i will consider the phone.
so to summarize:
What service provider using basic plan will give me,
wi-fi
WAP and HTML enabled.
bluetooth
camera ( doesn't really matter)
free and FULL functional internet through NOW.WAP proxy. if the provider does not charge internet usage as per kilobytes, but air time instead. that would be excellent.
hacking OK
not too big
