Here's the criteria:

HAS TO BE STABLE. I am NOT interested in another Windows Mobile product unless you folks tell me that they FINALLY have WM5 working where it isn't crashing nine times a day like my Dell Axim X50v used to. I finally lost it when I went to restore - and the restore file was corrupted.

Has to browse the web efficiently.
Has to have terrific call quality.
Has to have quality interface with BT headset.
QWERTY keyboard.

Would like:

Camera
Mp3 player
email functionality

Note that I am not married to VZW, although I am now an employee and get a 20% discount.

What guidance can you provide me?

Be patient!

You answered your own question. You don't want Windows if it isn't stable, but you listed 2 WM 5 phones and a BB. Looks to me like the BB is your answer.

The BB is bulletproof and stable, but has no camera. Has a QWERTY keypad, made for email and can play MP3s with an add on program, however space is limited - no SD slot.

Call quality is adequate but is dependent on the same things that impedes surfing.

No cell phone surfs the web "efficiently" as your ability to surf is dependent upon your location, the connection, the phone's processor and available memory. So don't expect it to be near as good as your PC on a broadband connection.

However, if you are thinking of leaving Verizon, pick your carrier before picking the phone.
