i would like to start pc muscle exercise to make my penis harder and control orgasm and mostly for my penis to stay fully hard when i stand up...it seems when i stand up the shaft gets soft again so i figured out working out your pc muscle can help get your erection to where it is standing up when you are standing up ! so should i put some wash clothes over my penis and flex my pc muscle how should i do this?
