After watching a video or playing a game for a couple of minutes my sound will just make this noise like its stalling but the video or game is still playing fine. Kind of sounds like a crazy cartoon machine gun. I've reinstalled drivers and OS, reformatted hard drive, cleaned MB and still having problems. Happens with speakers and earphones.
