Hi, my pc somehow froze one day when i was talking to my friend, i restarted it and it was starting up normally and it froze in the screen with black background at energy star sign. I tried restarting over and over again but nothing works. my keyboard or mouse don't operate when i start my pc. it shouldn't be overheat because it was only open for an hour. please help!!
