PBS gone subscription on BEV?

We tried to tune into PBS east and west tonight and find that they are now subscription only. What happened? We recorded Austin City Limits three nights ago and it was working fine then. Now in the on-screen guide channels, 819 and 824 are redded out and a box pops up saying "subscription channel".

Did we miss something? Did BEV sneak something through without telling us?
 
Maybe it's because we don't subscribe to HD and didn't these two channels go HD? But we could access them until the past couple of days.

Do you fellows have HD?

Maybe I'll contact BEV in the Punjab tomorrow and try to find out what's happening.
 
Yes, I do suscribe to HD Value Pack...

To avoid getting a rep in India slect French when they ask you what language you want to be serve...all French speaking reps have to be bilingual, but since Indians do not speak French, only English they don't answer the French calls.

Your choice Punjabi accent or French-Haitian speaking English accent....
