paypal , removing my debit car dfrom my account?.?

hey, ive had some problems with this account and i couldn't get any help with it. so iv'e decided to make a completely new account which is done, i can't add my debit card to it though because my debit card is added to my old paypal account. how do i remove my debit card from my old pay pal account and add it onto the new one?. no silly or stupid answers please. thank you.
 
You have to physically close the original account - and remove the debit card from it first.
 
Login to your paypal account.
Click on my account.
Then click on profile.
On the center of the page is a place to change credit/debit cards.
 
Go to the settings of your old account and take it off.

But it could be a security issue too for PayPal
