Payment Dispute on Paypal?

I am trying to sell stuff over the internet and I have run into a snag. When I tell the buyer that I am going to withhold information about the item, lets say for arguements sake, its the answer to a secret question on a video game account; the buyer says that I am going to take their money and take my item back.

This scenario seems possible, but if I the seller have no intention on scamming, how would could I ensure that I am not getting scammed as well?

So the question is:

If somebody sends a money payment as a "gift" payment. Is there ANY way for them to get a refund? I have read that they can't, but if they call Paypal and say that they were hacked, would they then put a hold on the payment?

People say that since it was sent as a "gift" a refund isn't even viable.

But the arguement for the person would go as follow (at least if it were me). Call up Paypal, say my account got hacked. They say it was given as a gift, I cry to them and say that whether or not it was sent as a gift has no significance because I was hacked... They then put a hold on the money and issue a refund.

Is my logic correct?
