Paying for our daughter to go to college?

We have enough money to pay for a 4y state school but my child wants to go to a 4y private school out of state. If she goes to this private school, she'll have to get about $100k in loans, grants or scholarships. We have tried to talk her out of it but she's adamant about going to this private school. What should we do? Should we tell her we’re not going to help her if she goes to that school? This is so complicated! Thanks
