Paul O Grady - Live- Itv1

Maybe its because he can't get a word in edgeways! :D

I think them restarting their frienRABhip is genuine but get the impression Gary has had to sit back and accept more of Robbie's flaws than the other way round.

Did anyone watch tonight's show with Kim Catrall, Enrique Iglesias, Nicole Scherzinger and Peter Kay?

It has lost a lot of the filler gimmicks from the teatime show eg. the cookery and appearance by kiRAB and abandoned dogs and I have to say I enjoyed it despite POG attempts to dumb it down as much as he could. Kim was a decent main guest, Nicole didn't say much, Enrique is always good value and Peter Kay was his usual self.

The guests were very polite and tried their best to understand his "scouse" accent. Non UK celebs do seem to relax a lot more on UK chat shows as they are more down to earth. The finale was very good with the two motorcyclists.

I would say that tonight's show was one of the best chatshows I have seen on ITV in quite a while.

Is this the Paul "I will never ever work for ITV again" O' Grady that will never ever work for C4 again due to them making budget cuts to his show?

If so, I don't think I'll bother watch the hypocritical buffoon with no talent.

Instead of people droaning on, why don't some of you say what you would have liked to have seen, I don't really get what all the complaint's are about...

It's a chat show, he chats to people...

The same as.... Richard & Judy, Alan Titchmarsh, Michael Ball, Jonathan Ross, Alan Carr...

What's your beef with O'Grady?!

Same thing happened in the Simon Mayo interview (the part I heard) earlier in the week. I can only think it's because this single is part of Robbie's Greatest Hits album and he's promoting that and the TT promo for the new album etc hasn't started yet.

There isn't really much point in dragging Gary round the interview circuit if he's not going to be given a chance to be interviewed.

Will be interesting to see how the focus changes in interviews for the TT promotion because if it continues as this it will put me off big time.

TV has become immature in recent years.

Whatever the time it must be suitable for children it seems.

Just the other day there was a warning at 9pm that a programme might be unsuitable for children! This was a live announcement, I think it was CH5.

I have watched some bits of this show and I feel like they are treating viewers like children. There is a lack of maturity in the concept which is why it's not getting more viewers than 3.5m

It's basically his C4 show at a different time and in a different studio. I like Paul, but It's not the best show, and the audience is very annoying

I agree, but feel it is a bit rushed... as it's Friday night I feel the news could be pushed to 10.30. For the mo, tho, he has had brilliant guests who, for the most part, understand what is going on... Enrique is a pro where UK chat shows are concerned...
