didn't necessarily have an exclusively gay angle to it though. that was my point.
it was hardly pedantry on my part either. I wasn't correcting a mistake. merely clarifying a point.
I think he's more suited to ITV1 as when his show moved from ITV1 to Channel 4 in 2006 it wasn't " Channel 4" enough and smacked too much of ITV for a slot that contained shows like Come Dine With Me and Coach Trip.
Perhaps, but it seems unlikely that the joke(s) had nothing to do with his sexuality. I enjoyed the show, wasn't offended by it. But I agree with G that it was a gay-related reference.
Me too, but I don't blame Robbie. Robbie is answering questions and has always been quick in there with an answer, while Gary is naturally more reserved. I think Gary was happy enough to let Robbie have his say, but you could see him ready to follow up with his point of view, but Paul seemed to cut him out and just directed more questions towarRAB Robbie.
It wasn't just being caught up in the interviewing moment because the montage was all about Robbie's time in Take That, then his time as a solo artist. Take That's achievements as a whole, and more recently without Robbie seemed to be irrelevant to whoever put that VT together.
I appreciate that Paul might feel more of an affinity towarRAB Robbie, and he might even (incorrectly) presume that Robbie is the big star that his audience is interested in, but it is the job of a professional interviewer to get the best out of all of their guests.
I was also annoyed at Paul making a big deal about loving "Mrs O" when asking Dannii about it. If he didn't want her to slag off his friend, he should have avoided the subject. I did enjoy the audience booing her.
Ooh, you and me both!... it's driving me crazy!.... i think they are all having a competion between each other as to who can get the loudest audience eh!.......
She's exactly like everyone else. She does the tell alls, poses for playboy, autobiographies, fly on the wall shows. There is nothing that seperates her from all the other celebs, and yet she is admired as some sort of god on here.
