Paul O Grady - Live- Itv1

I thought it was decent last night; obviously a show like this is reliant on the guests they have on. Kylie should be good next week!

I think the show is fine and the format works OK, but maybe the timeslot is wrong? I wonder if an early evening weekend slot might have been better. Either way, I hope ITV persevere with this as I really like Paul and its great to see him back on the box.

Nope he didn't but that's because he doesnt like Robbie (imo) ;). The only reason Gary is happy for Robbie to rejoin is because it means a shitload of money (and publicity) for him and TT. Doesn't mean he likes him even though he is pretending they're all pally again. He's a shit actor.

Probably also doesn't like the fact Robbie does all the talking, must really affect his ego R getting all the attention ;) :)

Well done O'Greedy!!

It's about time someone with access to the masses said something about what this shower of scumbags "running" the country are up to.

Tories back in power for a nano-second and f***ing the poorest in the country already - utterly predictable, though shameful.

One question: Where do they find a whole audience of idiots who will squeel and holler at the top of their screechy voices at just about anything?

I'm sorry, but this was such a poor show. Paul O'grady stated that he didn't want to be constrained by the televsion PC brigade..he wanted an edgy show with people invited that didn't plug things. Well JLS plugged something, Tom Jones his album and Dawn French her book. The interviews were lazy, uninspiring, dull and superficial and certainly not for a 9pm slot. The comedy pieces were so weak and unimaginative. Jokes about the woman binning the cat have been done to death from the time it actually happened. Surely a live show on a friday should be doing comedy about very current subjects? The acrobatic couple (woman with the hair) was so short that at the end I said.."is that it" and realised it was really only a vehcle for PO to do a visual gag (terribly done by the way).

Paul O'Grady was edgy in his character roles...very good, topical and had blistering one liners. His five o'clock show material just won't work at 9pm.

Sorry, but I just feel this is the typical way television is going. No adventure, no risk, no bold ideas.

Boring show....and to be frank, the only thing going through my mind while watching it that created any element of watchability was considering it was live, would PO with his substantial history of heart problems make it to the end!!

POP singers don't tend to have amazing voices. If u want that, listen to opera. I think kylies lasted because she has a warm personality, a lot of people have grown up with her, and she releases quite a few good pop songs.
