Hi I recently found out my dad might not be my biological father. He doesn't know that i know. the only thing is is that i want to find out one way or another and have looked into getting a DNA test done. The only thing with this is i know for certain that he will not willingly give me a sample so i was wondering where do i stand legally if i were to obtain one without his knowledge? e.g. a strand of hair for instance, or a swab from the rim of a cup hes drank from? would i be breaking the law by submitting a sample taken without his knowledge?
