Pat Robertson blames Haiti earthquake on sin, Danny Glover blames on climate change?

What's the difference here between Liberals and Conservatives?

Each takes their pet issue, religion or climate change, and spins the Haiti story to say the cause of the earthquake was caused by sin or spewing out CO2.

A lot of people made a big deal out of the Pat Robertson statement yesterday.

I haven't heard any scientists say this was a result of climate change, and i could care less what Danny Glover, or Al Gore, say about a scientific matter.

I didn't hear what Pat Robertson said, but it looks bad in print. That being said I don't believe that he meant sin actually caused the quake, I think he was making a statement about how the corrupt government of Haiti led to the earthquake being as devastating to the people as it was. I don't think he was saying that it had anything to do with it being a 7.0.

Danny Glover is an idiot. He also supports South American dictators. Climate change activists point to everything as proof. When it is hot it is hot because of climate change. When it is cold it is cold because of climate change. When there are many natural disasters it is because of climate change; when there are few it is climate change.

Both men personify Lincoln's observation "that it is far better to keep your mouth closed and have people think that you're a fool than it is to open it and remove all doubt"

I knew that Danny Glover was a loon, but HOLY SHIT!! Global Warming is causing Earthquakes now?

Danny just needs to shut up,and give more money to Anti-2nd Amendment groups,or host more events showing what fine people mass murderers are,or any of his other pet causes of the day.But he definitely needs to keep quiet and quit pretending he might know what he's talking about,EVER!!
