Passion Of The Christ - Cert. 15 Recut?

Hi everyone,

just wondering about this DVD as i heard it would be released at easter in the UK, but it is not listed on any of the DVD sites on the internet.

if anyone can help with any information, it would be much appreciated

Erm, why are they cutting it down to a 15??

Kinda defeats the object, when the entire film is centred around scenes they will have to cut out.

Get the 18, if you must, it's very average though, but I can't imagine what a 15 cut would do to the film. It'll be a massacre.
 
Literally.

The film is being re-released in the cinemas now with cuts to the most graphic scenes, taking it down to a 15 rating, something Mel Gibson personally wanted to happen.

It is not being released on DVD at Easter, only in cinemas. A new DVD version may be released later in the year with the less violent version on it, who knows?
