passing the medical to enlist in the army?

what if you only had medical problems during pregnancy that didnt require intevention and you got your tubes tide to ensure no problems would you be able to enlist in the army as long as you have no problems in your medical file?
 
As far as I can tell, unless you have a previous medical condition that could directly affect you now, it shouldn't matter. Some army recruitment offices will also accept letters from your doctor stating that any conditions you have had in the past will not negatively affect you now or in the future.
