Passenger Grab Rails for 2010 FLHTK

OK, here's the mystery. I want to order a passenger grab rail (97026-09) for my 2o10 Ultra Limited. The HD Web site says it will fit '09-later touring models except Trike. The new 2011 P&A catalog says...except FLHTK and Trike. Called three dealers and they can't figure out why nor which is correct. The only thing for sure is that it won't fit the Trike because the Trike already comes with a passenger grab rail. Dealer also says that the tour pak, seat, fender etc. are all the same between the FLHTK and other EG Ultras. Only difference is I the FLHTK has an accessory 12V port inside the tour pak, so it might be a wiring routing issue. So my question is have any of you FLHTK owners installed the 97026-09 grab rail without any issue? By the way, I do have the new "low touring seat" on my limited, but that seat is now standard on all touring models (except SG) so I can't believe that is an issue. Help!!!!!
 
I dont know about the 09 model grab rails but the older (pre-06) ones that used to come stock on the Ultra fits fine on my 2010 Ultra.
 
I have HD grab bars on my RG, Was thinking of adding them to my SG.
Use them for strapping down my Nelson Riggs bag to the passenger area.
I don't have a grab strap on the SG right now, so I have to do something.
 
I have the passenger grab rail on my 2010 Limited. No problems, easy to install, wife likes it, and I like it for additional tie points for a sleeping bag etc.
