Parts needed to build a dirt bike from scrap?

Ive decided I want to try to build a dirtbike from the ground up. I don't want to buy a "scrapper". What parts do I need to buy, such as Frame,Sub Frame, Suspension, Swing arms ect? And what do you think is the cheapest brand of bike to build (no off brands)!

have you been to a motorcycle dealer lately that sells dirt bikes?
that dealer is desperate to sell you a new or used dirt bike even if he has to take a loss on it, he's not selling anything right now and he has rent to pay, cash talks!
I know a guy that just bought a new RMZ250 NEW out the door price of $2100, that bike lists for $5995

had a bike in a box gave to me put it together spend about 200 bucks on it rode it for 5 yrs
