Well first I have this female friend who's called T in this little 'question.' Kay so. T had this ex boyfriend N, and I was her best friend (notice the 'was'). It all started on MySpace, since it's the summer and everything.
I accidentally commented on N's picture, not knowing who he was. So then T starts asking me 'are you talking to him about me?' I say 'no I'm just talking random things like "you look like a penguin" kinda stuff' So she gets irritated and suspicious. I don't blame her, but she's always been the paranoid type. The type that spies on her exs just to see who they're with at that moment.
So we start talking random nonsense, and I sorta start to befriend this guy. No intentions on going out, no feelings for him at all. Just friends. And T keeps messaging me asking me if he's saying anything about her, and I keep on and keep on telling her no. So finally I just say, "T, he's not talking about you, and he never has, so stop being so paranoid about it... you have TH now." (TH is her new boyfriend that my bestest female friend set her up with.)
So then about like... a few days later, N actually does ask about T. So I tell him the answer to his question, and that's it. Then T gets her friend (that I know, too) and we'll call her B. B looks through my/his comments or something and sees T's name and tells her that I WAS talking about her behind her back.
So then T comes up to me and bi**hes me out, using some cursewords. So I reply to her and I use some cursewords as well. Things go back and forth meanwhile, me and N are becoming the best male and female friend that could ever happen. :]
Soon, T calls me a wh*re, but soon takes it back once she realizes what a wh*re is. -_- She calls me a bi**h and a fake. (I have no idea where the fake thing came in...srsly). So I delete her off my MySpace and block her from it too.
And now, I still have B on my friends list, and I'm getting paranoid that either B, or T under a fake account is looking at me and N's messages secretly. Should I be this paranoid about it? I mean it wont hurt anything but T herself, but still... I showed my mom the messages and she said that T was a very paranoid girl and that it was very shallow of her to accuse me of something that she wasn't even sure what the meaning of it was.
But now, here's the question. Me and N have REALLY become good friends, but lately I haven't been on MySpace.... and I'm wondering if he's thinking if I'm avoiding him. I'm not, but I just HATE to get on IM because of other people messaging me...
But I'm having a pool party soon at my house, and since my parents wont let me go over to N's house because he's 18, and I'm only 15, they'll let him come over here to my house as long as they're home. But I'm inviting my bestest female friend and a couple other female friends, but N will be the only boy there... is that even okay?
And I figured that (even though I don't have feelings for him) it would be okay if I went out with him since the girl code thing says "don't date your FRIEND'S ex." well, since T isn't my friend anymore, would I be okay if I DID want to date N? (not that I do)
