Question,
I went to the DMV in Nevada to reg. my new car. There was no parking, so I parked on the street with the other 15 cars out there. I come out of the DMV after paying waaaay too much to register my car and find a parking ticket on my windshield. Since it was a new car it had a temp plate on it and that is what is stated on the ticket.
My question is how do they know this ticket belongs to me? Can I not pay this? How do I get out of it?
Thanks
Ed
