Paris or University? Its not as obvious as it sounds.?

I have a problem. I've been accepted into a Bachelor of Fashion Design at a top university which is something I've wanted to do ever since I can remember but I've also been offered a job in Paris as a nanny for a lovely family, who I don't really know but was referred to by a friend. I don't want to work in childcare but I am good at it. Paris is an amazing city which I've visited before but this course is something I've always wanted to do, its a massive choice because I've already deferred my course for one year to save money to move out so I can't defer it again.

ARGH! Opinions ?
