My mum and dad have split up for nearly 5 years now and my dad was at home with me and my sister until my mum came back from work. (I am 15 and can legally be left alone at home) But wednesday is the only day i see my dad each week, apart from maybe every third saturday.
When my mum came in, my dad, mum and I were talking, but then my mum asked my dad if he could come over tomorrow so she could go to the gym after work. He said he needed his day off although his life is more than fine since he barely see's us. So my mum and dad got into a big argument in which my dad was refusing to answer any questions and i was in the middle and edged my way upstairs. When they do argue, they bring me into it trying to get me to back their side up when the other is not in the room. It's really upsetting and i don't know what to do. This isn't the first time this has happened.
Please someone tell me what i can do to let them know i'm upset about it!?
It's my dad who chooses when he comes over, he only decides to come on a wednesday, my mum doesn't stop him.
