Me and my korean-ex husband got divorced by agreement in a local trial court.Upon divorce, the judge ask us who will exercise the parental rights and we both confirm that my daughter is under my parental rights not his. My question is, why does the court dont have a furnish of our divorce decree instead, I can just request a copy on our local city hall of my husband's Family Register whereas it's stated there the simple info abt. when we got divorce and reported by the trial court on that city hall. Also, on the parental rights section of the paper, I'm the one who's in it.Im not in exact how they differ parental rights to full child custody. Does both have the same meaning in Korean Law? Since, I have the parental rights of my daughter, do I still need my Korean husband to sign a waiver consent once her stepdad adopt her? Please, I need to clear up this things. Tnx.
