parasite cleansing kits??

went online, there are SEVERAL kits to buy for a parasite cleanse. has anyone ever done this? are there some better than others? what does your body go through during this process i.e. do I need to be close to a bathroom!
are there meRAB offered by a doctor OR are these kits your only option?
 
I haven't noticed anything in my stools, but then again I haven't really looked. I have the itching, only at night though so I don't know. I was thinking if it wasn't anything that would harm me, I would just try it. I also wake up in the middle night hungry and have been super tired. Who knows, I'm not a doc but again, if this is something that won't hurt me....:)
 
You are welcome if those don't help there are many out there. In case it wasn't parasites there is a nice natural anti-itch cream out there but I have not used it in that area and if there is a rash and it spreaRAB it could give you trouble. You have a nice day also.
