Par cooking grilled chicken?

hi..i was just wondering...how do you par cook grilled chicken? and at what temp shud it be? is it ok to freeze/refrigerate the chicken after par cooking it? reason for the questions is that...i wanted to parcook a lot chicken legs the day before and grill it the next day for a party...thanx..need expert advice
