Paprika anime movie - blu ray - dubbed?

I have been looking at buying this film called Paprika, it is a Japanese anime film but it is available in the UK and i noticed it is available on Blu ray but i was just wondering if the film dubbed in english for region 2.
I have looked at different sites and each site says something different for both the dvd and blu ray version. Some sites say the dvd version is english dubbed, some say the blu ray is dubbed, some say both are dubbed and some say none are dubbed, some say they are dubbed in languages such as german, french etc.

So i am confused now. I want to get the blu ray region 2 version but i want it dubbed. Does anyone know is the blu ray version of the film is dubbed in English and where is best to get it.

Dunno about the BluRay (but I'd be astonished if it didn't) but the DVD cetainly has both English and Japanese soundtracks, plus English Subs if you're sensible and go for the Jap soundtrack.

Is it better with its original japanese voices?

Sometimes i prefer the original soundtrack, but sometimes i like to have it in english as having to read subtitles all the time can sometimes get a little annoying.
