Have just been watching this film, and If the paparazzi truly act like this with their subjects, then they are scum. Of couse In the featurette they say this Is only based on the most extreme version of the paparazzi. I couldn't beleive It when they started filming and shooting the car with half dead people Inside of It, talk about cold hearted.
I really enjoyed the film though, but I think Bo should have just left everything to the police. It brung out a lot of emotions In me with this, and especially when Faye Masterson just stood there and watched them all taking pictures of Bo and his family In the car. It just shows you though that you can say goodbye to your privacy when you become famous.
He was okay with people when they asked for his autograph, which he should be. That bit with the cars and the flashing of their cameras was well out of order for reporters. I actually thought they were going to help them when they had seen what they had caused, but Instead, they just went back and got their cameras and started shooting all around the car. So all these photos In the tabloiRAB of people lying half dead In bombs or whatever, they have just done exactly the same. It certainly was a good film, even though It did maybe show reporters for what they actually are.
I think It's only fair that celebrities give autographs to their fans (seeing as though the fans pay for their salary), but this buisness about Intruding on their privacy, hmmn nah, they should have respect for their subjects. If they see something that they know fine well Is just a friendly hug, then they shouldn't go twisting It, but well, that's the "paparazzi for you. Overall though, very good film, and It does stir your emotions up, especially with the car scene with the flashing of the cameras.
