pap test/doctors... rant/question?

My girlfriend (18 year old) went to get a pap test done today, and she told me how they made her lie there naked for like 10 min while the doctor was talking to her (supposedly they also had to do a breast examination if she wanted birth control?!?!? [normal?])

Ah it just pisses me off. I dont understand why this doctor made her lie there for 10 min. I mean my girlfriend is quite attractive and the fact some old guy is starring her down just makes me queasy. I dont know why there isn't a law that only female doctors should be doing these pap tests on girls
 
Well you shouldn't get jealous about that it's only an old doctor... Whenever a guy doctor is examining a girl a female medical assistant needs to be with him. It's by law that a female person is there with them

Well i not believe she was naked , that is not allow for a start, a nurse is alway called in especially for a young patient to protected the doctor, she needs to tell you the truth ,,
 
For one, you dont lay there naked, you have a sheet covering you. She has the choice to go to a woman physician if she wants to.
