M MountainReader Guest Jan 20, 2011 #3 Try wearing natural fiber panties instead of synthetic. Cotton breathes more than polyester. If it is a heat type rash, powder such as Gold Bond may be helpful. I also second the use of Cortizone to help with the rash.
